Add an occupancy grid as our map. For now, use a fixed size occupancy grid (size should be configurable via node arguments)
It should listen to the /oak/rgb/image_raw and /oak/stereo/img_raw
Map should probably be it's own package

The map should be published in the format of an occupancy grid. The occupancy grid should be sized at a static size, configurable from parameters.
