“活动” 详情无法显示图片 #54

接用户反馈，活动详情页面加载失败。如：
http://sc.sit.edu.cn/public/activity/activityDetail.action?activityId=1072249

包含如下片段：

<img style="height:176px;width:146px;" alt="" src="/js/kindeditor-4.1.7/attached/image/20221003/20221003220849_722.jpg" width="720" height="974" />

然而 html widget 无法解析该图片路径，导致图片加载失败。

解决方案
对 html 做一层预处理，判断 src 是否省略了主机部分，如果是，拼接域名。
