From the center of the antenna-feed pcb to the top of pin 1A on the PC104 connector on the -z side:
delta x = 37.99mm
delta y = 41.11mm
delta z = 9.44mm

J9 and J2 need to be replaced with 0.1" pitch rectangular connectors.
Required connections with the pc104 bus:
-DEPLOY.POWER0
-DEPLOY.POWER1
-DEPLOY.POWER2
-DEPLOY.POWER3
-RF.DEPLOY0
-RF.DEPLOY1
-RF.DEPLOY2
-3V3 (only need 1 pin from PC104 bus)
-GND (only need 1 pin from PC104 bus)
