Remove display_files task added here..
list_files is already there and there is no class DisplayFiles
Add the tasks upload_files and retrieve_files in alphabetical order

Two CumulusCI tasks namely retrieve_files and upload_files have been added.
The task retrieve_files downloads all the files uploaded to Files section of a Salesforce org. Task option output_directory lets you download files to a download location of your choice while file_id_list allows you to specify the ids of the files you want to download. By default, all the files present in your org are downloaded to Files/.
Similary, upload_files uploads files present in the directory 'Files'. directory to your Salesforce org. Task option 'path' lets you upload files present in a different directory than the task default directory 'Files'. You can also list the files to upload by name using the task option 'file_list'.
Unit tests for the aforementioned tasks have been added.
