In the Salesforce Indicator, the Card Icon loses the applied card icon background/foreground after viewing a Contact 3 times. You need to refresh for it to start applying correctly again.
To reproduce the behavior, please see attached video.
Note occurs both in Chrome/Edge and both viewing a Contact via a Listview or Kanban.
