Add translation/personality modules

Right now Sonicas cutesy personality might not be for everyone, is only in english, and is hardcoded into the Discord frontend.

It would be nice to use a translation/localisation library to split all responses off into files, so we could use them in multiple frontends, and so Sonica could have a more bland personality for boring people xD

As an extra feature, being able to change language/personality on the fly would be neat
