Where we could find the mapping from INSPIRE themes to HVD categories as mentioned in this presentation

As far as I know, there is currently no machine prosessable version of the mapping. We have seen the mapping presented probably at the INSPIRE Conference:

Indeed, structured mapping would help and ensure consistent implementations for filtering of HVD on EC as well as on national level.

A machine readable mapping would be great!
In the meantime you can refer to the mapping between the HVD list of thematic categories and INSPIRE Annex themes in the legislation itself: It can be found in the Annex of the Implementing Regulation laying down a list of specific high-value datasets and the arrangements for their publication and re-use
