PublicService isPartOf Dataset?

In the final release of v.3.2.0 of CPSV-AP, the property cv:isDescribedAt in the class PublicService is now replaced by dct:isPartOf. I am aware of that this change was approved at the webinar 27th Oct. 2023. However ...

The definition of the property dct:isPartOf in the class PublicService says "A related resource in which the described resource is physically or logically included", where the "related resource" is a Dataset, and the "described resource" is a PublicService. As already been pointed out in this comment, under "Regarding (2)", the PublicService being described, is either physically nor logically included in a Dataset.

So, the property cv:isDescribedAt should not be replaced by dct:isPartOf.

This issue is also related to Issue #130.
