RFE: allow name transition rules in conditional statements #56

In Kernel 2.6.39 name transition rules were introduced.
It would be nice to allow them in conditional statements.

(I am unfamiliar to the reason why they are not allowed yet and to any implementation (storage related?) obstacles.)

The reproducer invokes shutdown() before entering the listener status.
After commit 9406279 ("tcp: defer shutdown(SEND_SHUTDOWN) for
TCP_SYN_RECV sockets"), the above causes the child to reach the accept
syscall in FIN_WAIT1 status.

Eric noted we can relax the existing assertion in __inet_accept()
