At the moment both APIs live side by side, but as we want to use the gRPC API as the only one, we should delete the old REST API

ToDo

  • Delete branches in mock backend still using the old API (especially feat/add-demo-projects
  • Delete src/lib/controller, src/lib/backend-api.ts and tests/unit/controller/
  • Check for uses of the old API in the remaining code
