carrying on from #2330 and #2286, to make the tool ready for release. Specifically, we want to match the functionality of MonaiLabel in Slicer. What's left is:

  • multiple label outputs - e.g. from TotalSegmentator
  • multilabel segmentation tools
  • connect segmentation tools to Monai tab
  • documentation that points to ways for users to make their own bundles (Add docs for MonaiLabel #2331)
