[BUG] Bug with setoffline command

Describe the bug
when using the setoffline command, theres a wrong syntax suggestion and the offline levers are set / updated to the opposite state and the lift signs arent updated.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
/

Expected behavior
Correct suggestion for the syntax with the lift names.
Lever getting set to powered: false, when the lift is offline.
Lift signs updating to "Disabled", when the lift is disabled.

And when using /v10lift offline del and clicking on a lever, then the lever is used and with that the lift gets disabled, if it was enabled.
