AI Core Setup - wrong setting on subaccount

Issue description

The setup procedure describes that "In the Create Subaccount dialog, complete the mandatory information, select the Used for production checkbox under Advanced, and click Create."

This information is wrong and misleading. Checking the "Used for production" checkbox is not needed for creating an instance in the subaccount. This should be removed.
