We should be able to house data from 3rd parties, and make data available to 3rd parties, and incorporate these datasets into web visualizations/models/etc

  • Must be possible to control and specify access, demonstrate access controls, etc.
  • Data owners should have the ability to see which users have access to their data, to see which users have downloaded their data
