Exe doesnt open after extracting #18

Basically what the title says, Ive extracted the EXE from the latest release download into a folder by itself, trying to open the EXE after this does nothing. I have downloaded the recommended version for 64bit windows. If it makes any difference to the program running im trying to use it for 1.20.1

This is a CLI program, not a GUI one; trying to just open it will produce no visible effect. See the Usage section of the README.
