automatic PM / DM / EMAIL system for Universes

ability to allow users to auto-dm people who create characters in their universe, or post in their universe for the first time, or for any various type of engagement.

for example, if a user creates a character in my universe, they might appreciate an automated pre-crafted DM with pertinent information, all the useful links, and contact info. Likewise, collaborators on larger universes like the MV might make use of this feature for their locations.
