Random freezes upon boot

I have Unlaunch set to boot with “B” and TWiLight Menu ++ set to boot when I hold down the “A” button. When I boot TWiLight Menu ++ it shows the animation with the lines on top witch transitions into the logo, and “RocketRobz and 2017-2020” on the bottom. It then fades to white and stays white. It does this about 70% of the time, and it completely random. I push the power button and it then replays the animation, then I count to five and if it doesn’t show the menu then I push the power button again(note: I do not power of the console, only briefly push the button). I have to repeat this 2-3 times until it shows the menu.
