Cannot work with current esp32 dev environment

Hello,

Thanks for providing this library. However, the code is broken on latest Arduino-ESP32 as the API has changed. Also it does not work on my ESP32 even after changing the CAN transmit routines into their ESP-IDF counterparts.

Any help is really appreciated!
