[feature] Support for Redshift introspection

Would love the functionality to be able to generate types by introspecting a AWS Redshift database, in the same way as a Postgres database. Currently it results in an error.
(I've just had a look and the only issue is that Redshift doesn't support enums and doesn't have a pg_enum table)
