Problem with Whitelist

Me and my friend is add AdminToolBox Plugin (latest version) And latest Smod (we have beta scp sl servermod) And commands works only in host console,not in the game
we writing in config (config_gameplay) configs add to white list but its dont working :( Help please

I'll try building a new plugin version one of the following days. If that doesn't fix it, I'm afraid it's possibly a SMod issue
