Modify/branch script for Simple Install type

The script doesn't work well for simple install type. I started modifying it - would you like to have perfect script, for both versions of OBIEE installation type?

I want to keep it as a single script; if you can modify it to work with
both simple and enterprise that'd be great, please do so.
