Whenever a Save Our Ship 2 Spaceship launches or lands with Rim-Effect mechs on board, the mechs spawn with no power:

And are unusable for some time.

As a workaround, when SOS2 is present, I suggest that the RimEffect mechs should spawn in anywhere with 30% power instead of 0%, so they are usable in "assault" type SOS2 ships that land in hostile maps.
