hey! when i try to full scan ah, the game freezes as if the internet connection has been interrupted, but you stay in the game

at this screenshot u can see that i moved soul shards on my bag, and it doesnt move

Full scan not working is server dependent. It doesn't work on most private servers, but nothing can be done about that from the client side. A workaround is to do a manual full scan by searching with a single blank character (space). It takes a lot longer, but should work on all servers.
