  • Aggregate all responses from gamma (one for each chemical retrieved from ICEES)
  • Check that there are no duplicate responses from gamma
  • Generate a robokop/view URL for each response
  • Automate the opening of a browser-window for each robokop/view URL
  • Additional goal: Record and annotate both subgroups for a given cohort. So, for example, if a cohort is divided into subgroups according to the feature variable "TotalEDInpatientVisits > 2", then the two subgroups would be "TotalEDInpatientVisits > 2" and "TotalEDInpatientVisits <= 2".

Take the statistics, e.g. p-value, and all other relevant metrics, through the workflow process so that at the end the sub-groups can be compared in the context of the knowledge graph & map

Estimated Completion: This will be one of my primary Hackathon Activities, March 4 - 8

The second item is now implemented, a /api/simple/view/{uid}/ style link is now produced for each response generated and a new (default) browser tab is opened for each automatically.
