Add tabular output options for the list-* commands

It would be convenient to be able to get output in tabular formats (csv and with columns aligned), quotes stripped, and columns in a meaningful order.

Something like the result of
rai list-engines | jq -r '(map(keys) | add | unique) as $cols | map(. as $row | $cols | map($row[.])) as $rows | $cols, $rows[] | @csv' | column -s , -t
