feat: TikTok hdr videos

Feature description

When scrolling some videos turn brightness up automatically on just the video, there should be a patch to disable this, maintaining the same brightness. TikTok only does this for hdr videos

Currently using v36.5.5

Motivation

• It makes other parts of the app more dim, and making just the hdr video really bright
• This can be annoying especially at night, but also really annoying in general
