hi,

i'd like to provide a binary of Rcpp 1.0.4.6 for R3.6. i think only 1.0.4 is available as a binary for 3.6 on macOS, and as discussed elsewhere, lots of things can't build against it.

would you be willing to host a 1.0.4.6 for R3.6? and if so, how can i get it to you.

with thanks

Sure. Esp if you can help me get the path right (as I can't test).

Whereever I can wget or curl it from, I suppose? Or maybe upload to rhub or alike and share the URL with me?

why don't i whip up a repo with a travis file and Rcpp as a submodule, and you can fill in the deploy step? if we get really carried away, we could build the windows version from it too.

(if we got really really carried away, we could build a not-particularly-portable version for linux too. i've found maintaining drat repos of linux binaries to be quite handy in some contexts :P)
