Adventure mode doesn't refresh

playing on a hardcore character and at some point the world analyzer got stuck on Losom: Fornlorn coast.
can't say exactly when it happen, but i was grinding the Awaken king DLC and the Losom rerolls on adventure mode to get specific items.

now it shows the exact same things all the time.
(see image: the only thing that isn't shown in the image is the " (DL1) injectable Ethereal Manor ")
running Remnant Save Guardian: 1.3.0.0.

been doing whatever i can think off to unstuck it, delete backup saves, remove AppData files and re-downloading an new RemnantSaveGuardian
