Is there a method to run the script silently with option 4 (after running it manually once)?

The background of this question is the following scenario:
I run the script in Audit mode (on the built-in Administrator account) manually to set the options and use Sysprep with an unattend file with the CopyProfile flag to configure the default profile afterwards.
Problem is, a few settings of this script are ignored by CopyProfile, such as the right click menu replacement.
For this, running the script with the -Sysprep option is the way to go.
The problem with -Sysprep though is that the changes won't be visible on the Admin account then, which isn't a huge deal but a little annoying, still. I also fret that CopyProfile will override at least some options I set when only running the script with -Sysprep, though I haven't tested that yet.

So, the simplest solution to me would be making a script which runs Win11Debloat first manually in normal mode and then silently with -Sysprep and on mode 4, applying everything set on first run to default, too.
At the moment, my script would run Win11Debloat again with -Sysprep and I'd have to just manually select option 4 and confirm.
Not a big deal, but maybe something that bothers others, too.
