Can't log in any SMTP :|

Im using version 1.17
All was great till today, I can't login any SMTP, when I login to admin and "test" the domains I'm getting this error:

(same error, from different SMTP server)

In addition, it seems like the "about" page is not working, not sure if i'ts related or not:

I'm also encountering issues when trying to connect to certain mail servers via SMTP. I'm getting connection timeouts. Tried with or without SSL - neither option works.
