[🐛BUG] Evaluate阶段GPU的利用率为0，CPU的利用率巨高 #2085

在Training时，GPU的利用率有波动，在Evaluate时完全没有波动，而且CPU占比非常大，速度非常慢。
换了很多数据集和模型都是这个结果，很奇怪
