So far we needed to auto download databases into the CICD instance cicd.rtx.ai for every KG2c rollout, or if we added new databases.

Modifying the pytest.yaml file to run the database manager automatically to check and download any new databases are needed.

hey @sundareswarpullela - it looks like cicd.rtx.ai failed to automatically download the KG2.10.1 databases today when we merged kg2.10.1c to master: https://github.com/RTXteam/RTX/actions/runs/11296801621/job/31422385025

Hey yes I noticed. I think its an issue with file permissions. Will take a look and rerun the job
