Agents stop moving when being dragged away from goal

It can occur that an oncomming group of people in the other direction to a pedestrian "catch" the pedestrian and drag it along towards the goal of the group, and away from the individual.
In reality the individual would make a strong, concerted effort to not let this happen.
Implement behaviour which catches and mirrors real life for this
