Problem

Currently the automated workflow uses NEON's uncorrected imaging spectroscopy that is tiled across the flight box. We need to include an option to apply BRDF and topographic corrections to flightlines.

Details

Using the uncorrected imagery is more computationally efficient and uses less storage, however applying BRDF/topo corrections improves datas quality. We want to give the user the option to use either.

To do

  • create a global variable to specify whether to use corrected or uncorrected imagery
  • automate
  • Why only 420 bands in converting from ENVI to tif??
  • Merge corrected tifs to fit into AOP stacking workflow
    • Merge flightiness by tile by choosing pixels with lowest angle of collection (zenith)
