Quick summary

Mapping Start in either guncon3 mode, or Move mode will occasionally cause complete lock up and freeze in razing storm when pressed.

@capriots the log suggests that this might be an issue with cellAtracXdec or cellAdec

@magicray1028 can you test if enabling these two improves things?

hey that did the trick! now start button is working properly to pause! thanks megamouse. ill test more of the other features. is guncon3 emulation via rawinput mouse possible yet?

Please disable these two again then try with #16549
