Create Docker Container

Create a Docker Image of this system (or any other container system works too) to get done with the dependency issues.
Currently, Pillow versions are very sensitive to the python versions. There exist a lot of other issues too regarding the dependencies.
Having a docker image will solve most of these for also, while also letting anybody have the site running more easily.
