This file documents the use and reuse rights of outputs produced in the framework of this consultation. To document problems related to licensing of such outputs or of external resources (particularly when they block or limit reuse), we encourage participants to open an issue for that so that we can track such cases.
Textual contributions to this repository are available under the terms of the CC0 1.0 Universal Public Domain Dedication (CC0 1.0).
If new software projects are being started in the framework of the consultation (e.g. for demonstration purposes), they are strongly encouraged to use an Open Source License, with the MIT License serving as the default.
Data generated in the framework of the consultation is expected to be made available under CC0 by default, and exceptions to this are to be documented by opening an issue.
