[Bug]: [2.4.14] 出现界面无响应，待跟踪

1、安装后，ob 出现假死

测试只打开 thino

1. 只开一个 thino 插件
2. 只能滚动滚轮，但是 其他鼠标点击全都失效，只能关闭 ob

用户尝试 ob 同步

貌似是ob 同步在新老版本插件写入同一个位置过程中的报错

用户操作

貌似是更新完插件，在社区插件里面打开 thino 的插件开关
