[FEATURE] MRPACK file installation #619

This is java, not bedrock. You can use proper Forge/Fabric/Quilt/Whatever mods here.

I am talking about Java Edition Modpacks. The ones you can find on the
Modrinth website under the section, "Modpacks". I made my own modpack on
Modrinth, but it is still under review. I would like a way to install
modpacks using a ".mrpack" file rather than the automatic installer in
QuestCraft that currently can only download modpacks from Modrinth which
would not work in my case.
