[lecture_comparison][rob_markov_perf] Long Equation Collides with Equation Numbering #11

In the case that equation in lecture is so long, equation reference in MyST does not show well like below. Equation reference covers equation.

Here is MyST.

@DrDrij it looks like we need floating equation numbers for quantecon-book-theme to support wide equations?

@mmcky Agreed. It appears most solutions suggest reducing the length of the equation.

Had a fiddle to see what I could do with the HTML that MathJax writes out, but the equation number moves with the equation :/
