What is happening and why is it wrong?

The tutorial "Minimum eigenvalue estimation of a spin (qubit) Hamiltonian" generates a bit-string matrix that defines the subpsace of the Hamiltonian. However, there are 242 duplicate entries in this bit-string matrix which seems to be a bug.

How can we reproduce the issue?

Count the number of unique bit-strings
