Search bug - api reference results showing up when guides filter applied

For some reason when you search for "REST" in the guides section of the search the first 2 results are for the REST API references, not the guides. Not sure if this applies to other search terms or if its unique to the rest apis

This is specifically happening with the intro pages for each REST API. The actual /tags pages are working correctly, other than that it's annoying that we repeat the API title twice:

Also, we are classifying the page /index correctly for the intro page:

Ideally that distinct /index page wouldn't exist at all.
