7.1.1 Change timeline to match this years objectives.
Section refers to obtaining the attendee list 1-2 weeks in advance of the workshop but that isn't relevant this year because they need to wait for us to supply the code. Should be changed - I think we should just remove the timeline info and say 'Before presentation' and then mention that we will send out the code.
EDIT: We kind of fixed this by changing the way our email was written to address this discrepancy.
7.1.2 Change email to match this years timelines.
Should mention that Zoom registration link will be sent AFTER the first email and only after that will they receive a link to the meeting. This isn't clear.
Need to make sure script is up-to-date and working for all workshops on wiki. Workshop 1 leads to Github instead of automatically downloading.
EDIT: The wiki is correct for all except Workshop 1. This may be a none issue if we move away from using the wiki in the future.
7.1.3 Maybe we should add a section here explaining the Zoom situation?
Add section including email to send participants to invite them to Zoom and how to accept their registration by cross-referencing with participant list. OR we just send this info in email but then we should mention that we will.

Add information on how to use Presenter move while screen sharing by using c + p.
