Consumed points should be linear

The consumed points options currently uses the same sequence as the estimate one. However, points are consumed in a linear fashion, unlike estimates, which can be Fibonacci, custom, etc.

The "Consumed" list should be values of 0 through the estimate, or perhaps, a selection box maxed at the estimate, in case buttons get unwieldy (13+).
