Drivers

Drivers are mostly for AmplModels, but we need a mechanism to decide whether to load the model in a PySparseAmplModel, a CySparseAmplModel, a SciPyAmplModel, etc, etc.

This is not only related to drivers only but also to solvers that need to construct augmented matrices. They will be specialized to one matrix format only.

Somehow that should be abstracted, shouldn't it?

Creation of augmented matrices inside optimization algorithms could be done via a Matrix class that check the model class. Eg. if it is a PySparseNLPModel, then augmented matrix will be a PySparsematrix, and so on...
