Phase out `jac_pos()`

I propose to remove the jac_pos() method from NLPModel, AmplModel, AdolcModel, AlgoPyModel, etc. That's what the slack model is there for, isn't it?

Well not really!
Because slack model converts general inequality constraints into equality
constraints.
jac_pos reformulates general inequalities into non negative inequalities.

Sure, but the idea was to have a somewhat simpler model, e.g., to apply interior-point methods. The new slack model gives us a problem with equality constraints and bounds only, which is far easier to manipulate.
