Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
We currently use a feature to add text such as "A few minutes ago" on the dashboard screen. It looks like there is a simpler implementation in https://github.com/openeew/openeew-dashboard/blob/master/web/client/src/utils.js that we can reuse.
