Feature Request

To track state level emissions, links in sector studies are given a second efficiency. PyPSA gives a warning that for some links that do not have a second efficiency, nan's are getting assigned. Im not sure if this is caused by links added before or after.

Suggested Solution

Assign all efficiency2 nan values as 0

Additional Info

This is the warming:
