@dougn, can you give these a quick review and let me know if I am not on the right track?
(Also, business cards are used for items, what were the tents used for again? I am blanking.)

The tents are used for handing out to sponsors at the Expo hall (you don't need to do this!)
Those tents say "X is a proud sponsor of the PyLadies Auction 6pm Saturday Ballroom xxx" type thing.

They are also nice to have as I am often asked to print the T-Shirt signs and other things for the PyLadies booth or the PSF booth.

Those small tent cards are not needed. In the past I would print out the sponsor logo's on them and put them up with the items. It is too much work. Don't do it. The name on the buisness card is good enough.

There is a .pages file in the folder that is the buisness cards from 2019. No sensitive information there. I went with pages instead of a google doc last year because I could tweek things by hand better.
