This is a bit tricky because it’s not really supported by OnexExplorer. To do this you click at the root item(the item with the NSmnData.NOS name), click export and in the upcoming questionbox you select that you want to export it as one json.
You can now edit that exported json and reimport it the same way (replace -> as one json).

I'll improve this in the future
